We want every Caselo piece to feel right. Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return condition

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging. Made-to-order, personalised, and final-sale products may not be eligible unless faulty.

Start a return

Contact our studio with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide the next steps before you send anything back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original delivery charges and return postage are not refundable unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs so we can make it right.
