All of our products are made to order. This means your order is produced after it is placed, so processing time applies before shipment.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or high-volume seasons, processing may take longer.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location, shipping method, and fulfillment partner. Estimated shipping times may be shown at checkout where available, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the products in your order, and the applicable shipping rates.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local carriers.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@caselo.studio within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where eligible under our policies.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Multiple Items
If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately depending on the fulfillment partner and product type.
