Welcome to Caselo Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Caselo Studio. Caselo Studio operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Caselo Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services.

We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible in our store. However, product colors, print placement, and overall appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and the made-to-order nature of our products.

Some of our products are fulfilled through third-party production partners. Because of this, minor variations in color, finish, and placement may occur and do not automatically qualify as defects.

We do not warrant that the appearance of any product purchased by you will be exactly the same as shown in our store mockups or on your device.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Caselo Studio reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and successfully process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many of our products are made to order, we may be unable to cancel, modify, or change an order once it has been placed or once production has begun.

If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to return, refund, replacement, or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import charges.

Prices shown on our store may differ from prices offered by third parties or on other platforms. We may offer promotions from time to time that are governed by separate terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between those promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will govern.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all transactions. You agree to promptly update your information so that we can complete your order and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that:
(i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete;
(ii) you are authorized to use the payment method submitted; and
(iii) you will pay all charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, high order volume, supply chain issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Because some of our products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party partners, production and shipping times may vary.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, branding, text, images, graphics, product photos, videos, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Caselo Studio, its affiliates, licensors, or partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property belonging to Caselo Studio, Shopify, or any third party unless expressly stated.

Caselo Studio’s name, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Caselo Studio or its licensors. Shopify’s name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and marks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor, control, or influence.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Caselo Studio is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Caselo Studio. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Caselo Studio, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Caselo Studio.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.

Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.
